Welcome to Geeks & Freaks Designs! By visiting our site, shopping our stuff, or just lurking in the background (we see you 👀), you agree to the following terms. We’ll keep it as painless as possible — promise.

🛍 Using Our Site

When you browse or buy from geeksandfreaksdesigns.com, you agree to:

  • Use the site for legal, not-evil purposes
  • Not try to hack, spam, or break our shop (seriously — we worked hard on this)
  • Follow all local laws in your area while using our site

🎨 Products & Services

We sell custom-made, made-to-order goods — mostly weird, nerdy, heartfelt, and hilarious stuff. Because our products are made just for you, all sales are final (check out our Return Policy).

Prices and product details might change at any time — but don’t worry, we won’t retroactively mess with your order.

💳 Payments

All payments are processed securely through Shopify. We never see or store your full credit card details — that’s between you and the payment gremlins (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

📦 Shipping

We do our best to process orders within 3–5 business days, with delivery typically within 5–7 business days after that.

We’re not responsible for delivery delays caused by the postal service, customs, or the occasional black hole.

❌ Cancellations & Refunds

Since everything is made to order, we don’t accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges — unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect. Full details are in our Return Policy.

🧾 Accuracy of Info

We do our best to keep product descriptions, prices, and images accurate — but we’re human. If we make a mistake, we reserve the right to fix it and cancel/refund your order if needed.

🔗 Third-Party Stuff

Our site runs on Shopify and uses other services (like email marketing, shipping software, etc.). They each have their own policies — check those out if you want the full scoop.

👶 Minors

This site isn’t meant for folks under 18. If you’re a cool teen with great taste, ask your parent or guardian to place the order for you.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version here. Continued use of the site means you’re cool with the changes.
